I brought my 2015 Lexus here today to have a noise coming from the right tire looked at, after being dismissed by 2 other tire places in town. The front desk girl was very sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. The gentleman took my keys and promptly returned them after tightening all of the lug nuts (that were apparently loose after a tire rotation elsewhere) and test driving it to make sure the noise was gone. All of this was done for free! Words cannot express my appreciation and relief that it was such a simple fix and I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone with a vehicle! Great service . I broke down on the highway and was given this auto shop by my cousin. Jimmy's repaired my van on a busy Monday morning. I had my dog with me and we enjoyed keeping cool in the Office with Alisa (??) the office manager. I was on my way within a couple of hours. This made a bad situation turn into a great traveling story. I was returning from N.C. to my home in the Tampa bay area. Thank you for your excellent care.
