I was supposed to drive 45 minutes away to a concert in a few hours, so I showed up to Jimmy’s in a panic hoping they could at least help me diagnose the problem. The staff was so incredibly helpful and immediately took my car for a test drive to see if they could determine the cause of the problem. When the gentleman helping me didn’t know what it might be, he called one of his contacts at the Chevy dealership, explained the problem, and they worked together to come up with a diagnosis. He determined I was safe to drive my car to the concert and didn’t charge me for his assistance. If you’re looking for a local business to support, I highly recommend them! Thank you Jimmy’s for helping me out and giving me the peace or mind that my car was not about to fall apart!!

I highly recommend Jimmies Automotive!! My family and I are from Dayton, Ohio and we broke down in Macclenny on our way to Jacksonville for a business trip. Our tow truck driver recommended Jimmies and we’re sure glad he did because even though he was backed up for two weeks he was able to squeeze my family van in, they replaced the alternator, the battery, belts, and tensioner assembly in a day. They were very kind, very professional, and also reasonably priced in my opinion. I sure wish we had automotive shops like theirs back home. Thank you all so much for doing a great job and helping my family out in one of the most difficult situations.

They were amazingly patient with me while I tried to get a Hyundai dealership to actually respond, and incredibly kind while I was having a really rough time. If I need more work on my car done, I’ll be driving from Jacksonville for anything they can handle because of their handling of things.
