I highly recommend Jimmies Automotive!! My family and I are from Dayton, Ohio and we broke down in Macclenny on our way to Jacksonville for a business trip. Our tow truck driver recommended Jimmies and we’re sure glad he did because even though he was backed up for two weeks he was able to squeeze my family van in, they replaced the alternator, the battery, belts, and tensioner assembly in a day. They were very kind, very professional, and also reasonably priced in my opinion. I sure wish we had automotive shops like theirs back home. Thank you all so much for doing a great job and helping my family out in one of the most difficult situations.

My car died on the side of the interstate in the middle of the night just outside Macclenny. Jimmy’s was quick to answer, get me in, and diagnose my car. They were amazingly patient with me while I tried to get a Hyundai dealership to actually respond, and incredibly kind while I was having a really rough time. If I need more work on my car done, I’ll be driving from Jacksonville for anything they can handle because of their handling of things.

I brought my 2015 Lexus here today to have a noise coming from the right tire looked at, after being dismissed by 2 other tire places in town. The front desk girl was very sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. The gentleman took my keys and promptly returned them after tightening all of the lug nuts (that were apparently loose after a tire rotation elsewhere) and test driving it to make sure the noise was gone. All of this was done for free! Words cannot express my appreciation and relief that it was such a simple fix and I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone with a vehicle! I will definitely be back for all of my car care moving forward! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
